I consulted Dr. Sahil for Physiotherapy after having knee ACl reconstruction and meniscus repair, six months ago.

I tried physiotherapy at another clinic for four months, but it didn't work.

I went to Dr Sahil Kakkar after experiencing AC joint injury while lifting heavy in the gym and he diagnosed my issue really quickly and addressed the root problem which was round shoulders and lack of mobility and jumped right into the treatment. My name is Karan, I was diagnosed with disc bulge at multiple levels (L1-L2, L2-L3, L3-L4, L5-S1) in 2022.

I had severe back pain since 3 months, after taking lot of pain killers I decided to consult Dr. Sahil for the same.

He treated me using various physiotherapy techniques for 15 days. He also told me to do some home based exercises.

In 15 days I was able to do all of my activities with ease. My pain has relieved completely.

Consulted Dr Sahil for knee pain, he immediately diagnosed it correctly as arthritis and started Physiotherapy sessions.

I took 7 sessions as I had to leave for Dubai.. but I'm feeling much better as pain and stiffness is almost gone.

Clinic is well maintained and is neat and clean.
